IMPORTANT INFORMATION: YOUR ACCOUNT HAS UPGRADED
US Assure (formerly Zurich Insurance Services, Inc.) enhanced our technology platform by upgrading our web servers. As a result, all users are required to validate their online account information, username and password. This technology upgrade will impact your ability to log in and do business with US Assure for the Builders Risk Plan and other programs until you have completed this process. Look for a special email that was delivered to you on the weekend of February 9, which includes a custom account link to quickly complete this very simple process. Instructions for validating your account can also be found on the "login" page of our website.
Foremost® Introduces Business Insurance in January!
Beginning January 7, 2013, Foremost Insurance Group is introducing business insurance to its broad portfolio of products. Zurich North America® is ending the Zurich Small Business® program and is working with Foremost to offer producers the opportunity to become part of the new Foremost program- a brand dedicated to independent producers. Please visit the transition site at ForemostAgent.com/BusinessInsurance to view the state rollout map, submit questions or download agency forms.
Zurich Small Business Has New Contact Information
Zurich Small Business is transitioning its service centers to an in-house facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. To reach the agency service center, call 1-855-325-4765. For billing inquiries, call 1-855-866-6879. For policyholder support, call 1-866-972-7378. The contact information for the Builders Risk Plan and other US Assure products remains the same - (800) 800 - 3907. Please begin to use these new phone numbers and other contact information effective March 19, 2012. |
